About
The Board of Trustees

Foundation trustees are adults who have been selected to serve after having attended a Youth Leadership Conference. The President or an Officer of the Foundation may invite the prospective person to become a Trustee after they have expressed a desire to work with the youth attending the conference on an official basis.

Trustee meetings are held at least once per year, usually at the same location as the annual Region VI convention of the Military Order of World Wars (MOWW). The primary task of the Trustees is to study the financial status of the Foundation and vote on the recommendations of the Executive staff regarding, curriculum, tuition, accreditation, expenditures, election of officers and other business needing decisions regarding the operation of the Foundation. Many have educational backgrounds as lecturers or classroom teachers.
